God is at work around the world and in our neighborhoods, and we want to join Him on mission! We've designed unique cohort experiences that combine the know-how, resources, and experience of different missions work around the world into discipleship programs.

We believe that by joining a cohort of young leaders, you can have an experience that will be a formative for your walk with Christ. You get to spend intentional time away to grow in your own personal journey with the Lord as well as sit under practioners and leaders.

You’ll get to partner with, and learn from local leaders and long-term workers who are invested, building relationships, and leading impactful ministries on the ground.

Gap programs are designed to provide opportunities for hands-on ministry experience in a cross-cultural setting ranging from 2-3 months to 9 months. Whether domestically or internationally, individuals must be 18 or older to apply to a gap program.
