PURPOSE

Envision Greenhouse provides diverse, young, Alliance leaders with meaningful mentoring relationships to foster growth and collaboration that goes beyond the local context.

BELIEF

As Greenhouse Leaders and Mentors, we can benefit in learning from one another’s backgrounds, ministry or career vocations, skills, and spiritual journeys for the sake of community and leadership development as part of the Kingdom of God.

You get matched with a mentor that meets with you regularly for individualized support in life, ministry, and vocation

Digital Gatherings

You join peers for 3-4 online sessions that focuses on relevant teaching and practical exercises related to our cohort competency

We’ll ask about your background, how you are discerning your calling, and your experience in mentorship. All of this information helps us to pair you with the best mentor possible!

Placement

Based on your life experience, preferences, skills, and expertise, we will discern and find a match for your 1-1 mentoring. All mentors are licensed workers and lay leaders from The Alliance Canada!

Show up!

After your first 1-1 mentoring session, you can decide, with your mentor, the frequency you meet together. We recommend weekly or biweekly conversations during the cohort.


Don’t sleep on the digital gatherings—these are great opportunities to expand your network and meet with peers across the country!

Calling all Alliance leaders, pastors, and international workers

Apply directly with us or your district (when applied). As part of the application process—we'll connect with you to learn more about your background and mentoring experience.

Placement

As a team, we discern and find a young leader to match with you for 1-1 mentoring.

Show up!

As a mentor, you will meet regularly with your young leader for the duration of the cohort.
