WE LOVE HELPING FAITH COMMUNITIES
DEVELOP KINGDOM LEADERS
Serving the Alliance in Canada since 2016
We exist to engage the next generations.
Our desire as an international team is to see God stir up the emerging generations for His Kingdom as we move people, shape culture, and grow in Christ together.
Envision is comprised of a National Office team in Toronto, and several site coordinators serving around the world and here in Canada.
About Envision Canada
Envision Canada launched in 2016 by the Alliance in Canada to be a catalyst for the next generation of Christ-centered, Spirit-empowered, Mission-focused emerging leaders.
As a strategic initiative of The Alliance Canada, Envision helps our districts and churches to identify, equip, and launch the next generations - Leaders who innovate, establish, and strengthen communities of faith in Canada and around the world.
We do this by curating unique experiences that develop the skill and soul of the emerging generations.
Our Bold Vision: To mobilize 10,000 participants in short-term missions over the next decade, with the goal of helping to raise up 3,000 future pastors, international workers, and globally minded leaders.
Say 'hi' to our Team!
Rich & Elisa Brown
International Directors
Rich and Elisa have over 31 years of experience as International Workers, having served in Peru for 10 years and Ecuador for 15 years. For the past six years, they've lived as nomads, traveling between countries to speak in churches, train emerging leaders, visit ministries, and connect with missionaries and staff. Their travels also include scouting new projects and ministries where there is no existing work.
Rich and Elisa co-founded Inca Link, an organization committed to reaching the 300 million youth of Latin America with Christ’s irresistible love. They are deeply passionate about bridging worlds for greater kingdom impact, with a focus on raising the new generation of leaders in Latin America and beyond.
They are especially excited about the Alliance’s vision to mobilize 10,000 people over the next 10 years for short-term missions, with the goal of raising 3,000 future leaders for the Alliance Canada. Rich serves as an International Worker with the U.S. Alliance, while Elisa serves with the Canadian Alliance.

A graduate of Briercrest College in Biblical Studies (BA), he’s also a Certified Leadership Coach and has worked with leaders and teams for small businesses, not-for-profit organizations, human resources, churches, and more. In his down time, you can find him enjoying a cup of coffee, spending time with his wife Amanda and their 4 kids, reading or enjoying the outdoors.
Ray & Cindy Perry
Regional Coordinators - Mexico City
For over 25 years, Ray and Cindy Perry have served with the C&MA in Canada as pastors in youth ministry and missions, and now in Mexico City with Envision.
They are passionate about reaching the lost and feel called to journey alongside both Canadians and Mexicans in fulfilling God’s mandate to make disciples of all nations.
Ray and Cindy love to ride motorcycles, hang out with friends, and take every opportunity they can to spend time with their adult kids.
Dan & Jenica VanEssen
Regional Coordinators - Europe
Dan and Jenica, along with their two kids, have served in Mexico City since 2016. Short-term experiences, like mission trips, internships and apprenticeships, played an important role in their personal development and their journey toward serving God cross-culturally as International Workers.
Their great joy is to model, teach and provide opportunities (like internships!) where people can grow in their relationship with Triune God, their understanding of how God has created them and how God is inviting them to partner with Him in his mission of making all things new.
Tim & Nancy Moore
Regional Coordinators Asia Region
Nancy committed her life to Christ at a summer camp, and when she was 18, she solidified her commitment. Nancy attended Moody Bible Institute with the aim to become a missionary nurse. Tim grew up in a minister’s home where mission was always the point of life. After a long season of complacent rebellion Tim surrendered his life to Christ, while in university, at 23. Tim and Nancy have been married since 1981. Tim has served as a professor at CBC/CTS/Ambrose, and a Youth Pastor at Glencarin Alliance Church and Unionville Alliance Church. Nancy’s ministry is caring for cancer and acute cardiac patients as a Registered Nurse.
Together their 38 years of ministry service and marriage has been preparing them for this ministry with Envision Canada.
Kurt & Teesha Jones
Site Coordinators - Thailand
Kurt and Teesha (along with their son, Ezekiel) are our new Thailand site coordinators.
Kurt's journey with Christ began at the age of four. His childhood as a third-culture kid, living in Laos and Thailand, nurtured a heart for the nations. Teesha, after a childhood spent mostly in Alberta, Canada, fully surrendered her life to Christ just before turning 18. Though her early years held challenges, God used those experiences to shape her compassionate heart.
Kurt and Teesha's paths crossed at Ambrose University, where their shared passion for discipleship and leadership ignited, along with their love for each other. They married in 2017, after graduating, and spent the last 12 years honing their skills in various camp ministries. These experiences, coupled with their individual journeys of faith, have uniquely prepared them for their current ministry in Phuket, Thailand.
