Vancouver – 9 months internship

Fall 2020, Fall 2021Vancouver - BCInterns in Vancouver are partnered with North Shore Alliance church, a community involved in working with youth, children, new Canadians, people struggling with poverty and mental health issues, discipleship training, and outreach. Over the course of the internship, you will get to serve in an urban and diverse environment and be mentored weekly by an experience staff. This internship offers individuals a highly relational opportunity to grow in their love for God, people, and ministry with the unique advantage of creating the internship according to your desired goals and needed experience. We'd love to be a part of what God is currently doing in your life by providing space for growth. Our community is able to provide sleeping arrangements during the duration of internship.

Peru – Inca Link Team Trips

Summer 2021PeruWe are firm believers in building relationships with the nationals at building projects and ministry sites. All these work projects are nicely mixed with cell group ministries, day care opportunities with children, evangelism, and church growth. We like to refer to short-term missions as a spiritual transformation ministry because it is more than “tourism missions trip.” It is a chance for God to work in someone’s life. Teams fly in and out of Lima, Peru for this site. From Lima, teams take a bus to the ministry site in Trujillo.

Ecuador – Inca Link Team Trips

Summer 2021EcuadorGroups serving in Ecuador all fly in and out of Quito (UIO). If your team chooses to serve in Manta or Huaticocha, you will be taking a bus from Quito to your ministry site. Teams also have the option to fly to Manta or Coca (close to Huaticocha) from Quito, but that is not included in the price of the trip. If your team chooses to fly to your final destination, your trip will be discounted $50/person since the cost of flights will be more expensive.

Thailand – 9 months internship

Spring 2021Phuket - ThailandInternships are for individuals interested in serving anywhere from 3 months to 1 year at one of our ministry locations. Envision partners with a local initiative in Phuket that aims to see see the marginalized, vulnerable, and exploited set free from the injustice of oppression. On the ground, this work involves implementing our holistic approach outward, trusting God to bring freedom and hope to the people of Phuket, to the rest of Thailand, to Southeast Asia, and back to those living in the West. Interns can expect to grow, learn and serve with humility, particularly if you are a hair stylist or professional baker. We'd love your help and expertise! We want to work with people who want to be affirmed for ministry and or missions, and want to step outside their comfort zone and lead.

Summer 2020Mexico CityTaste & See is an opportunity for a local Canadian church family to take its first steps to Global Missions through the Alliance. Teams will learn from experienced International Workers (IWs) on what it means to live out the Gospel in a cross-cultural context, and it is an opportunity for your youth, young adults, and members to see God’s work around the world. By partnering with IWs engaged in the advancement of the Global Church, your team can explore on how they can build a relationship with other churches through their testimony, skills, and prayer. From beginning to end, teams receive quality training during their time overseas as they learn to build long-term bridges through short-term engagements with followers of Christ everywhere in the world.

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, we have an amazing opportunity for you! Inca Link wants to invite you to take a Link Year and join us in reaching the least of these. Our Linkers serve for 9 months in 3 different countries. Through serving a Link Year, we believe you will learn about how the Lord has wired you and where He may be calling you to next. So, take a break from school or work and come serve!
